Daily Meditation: A Time for Healing!

A time for healing...! Give yourself permission for YOU time..!


Step 1: Set aside some time for you.

Step 2: Make sure you won't be interrupted.

Step 3: Get everything that you need for your YOU-time and go into your bathroom and close the door.

Step 4: Start by putting on some music, light the candles turn off the lights and start running a warm bath - add some aromatherapy oils (relaxing oils: Lavender, emotionally soothing: Geranium, Neroli, warming oils: Cinnamon, Ginger - remember! aroma-oils are concentrated - so only add 2-3 drops max to a full bath) or use bubble bath.

Step 5: Beginning to breathe deeply inhaling the fragrant steam. Optional: Give yourself a gentle facial and finish with a soothing face mask. Then step into your bath, close your eyes and let your thoughts drift off.

Note: if your mind comes back to worries or thoughts of your day.. bring your mind back to the music, your breathe and the fragrant steam...

Step 6: When you are ready to finish your bath.. allow all the water to drain from the bath before stepping out - allowing all those old emotions to flush away.

Step 7: Moisturize your skins with a soothing cream or use sesame seed oil all over your body.


Allow the mood of being refreshed and pampered to continue to follow you throughout your day.. or hop into bed for a restful nights sleep.
