Daily Meditation: Mindfully Living Your Actions

I would like to share one of the Five Remembrances from Buddha's teachings - the Five Remembrances is what the Buddha offers to awaken you from denial, to elevate your awareness of gratitude and appreciation for the life you have been given, and to teach you non-attachment and equanimity.

Make this a daily mantra, a remembrance that you can truly make a change and positive impact in your life, in your community and for our planet.

"My actions are my only true belongings. I cannot escape the consequences of my actions. My actions are the ground upon which I stand."
